PROCESS OF RETURNING:

1. Firstly, indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Please note that we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office. To complete your return,  we require a receipt or proof.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

REFUND

We will offer a full refund of the items you have returned. 

Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package. The returned parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouses, therefore, please remember to ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing. Once your return/exchange is processed, you will be emailed with a confirmation.
