National Yoga Month - Suggestions From Yvette Before Doing Yoga

September is official National Yoga Month (a national observance designated by the Department of Health & Human Services) designed to educate about the health benefits of yoga and to inspire a healthy lifestyle. Since then, the initiative has become a global awareness campaign, educating, inspiring and motivating people to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

So why yoga is so highly valued? Yoga health foundation points it out: Yoga isn’t just a physical exercise program. It is a scientific system designed to generate greater clarity and harmony in life. With regular practice, individuals often notice a stronger, slimmer and more flexible body, in addition to a mentally sharper, more patient and relaxed sense of self.

Many health and fitness programs are difficult to maintain because they are rooted in an overall negative attitude – that you are inadequate and need to “fix” yourself. Negativity is a lousy motivator. Yoga, on the other hand, meets you exactly where you are and does not judge. By practicing yoga you have the opportunity to improve your health with a positive, non-forceful approach.

Now we all know the benefits of yoga but where should we start a yoga journey? Subscribe some yoga channels on YouTube or attend a yoga class or download a yoga application? Obviously these are good ways but just not the correct beginning. Before you jump the gun and set out to practice, let us remind you of one of the very basic requirements for doing yoga - workout clothes.

What should perfect yoga wear be like?

1.Sports bras:

Yoga is “low impact” doesn’t mean you can wear any regular bras or old bras or underwire bras.

For they can do nothing to help support breasts but can even hurt your skin and spine. With all the stretching and extending, you’ll find how important a professional low impact sports bra is: skin-friendly and soft fabric gives a most comfortable feeling; a good elasticity makes it easy to do any kind of stretching pose; a moderate intensity of wrapping offers enough support but won’t hinder an extend; breathable fabric helps wick the sweat away from your body.

Yvette, a leading female sports apparel company, has 20 years of experience in professional development, design, and sales of sports bras. We offer professional and high quality sports bras and good services to help women find the balance between work and life through yoga.

2.Yoga pants:

Loose shorts should be avoided, for they will tend to bunch up when moving and you will have to tug them down again and again. Avoid any types of bottom that have a bulky drawstring at the waist as well because the knot will be a pain when you lie face-down.

Yoga pants should be snug but be able to stretch. try some stretches or lunges to make sure you have a full range of motion and check the alignment of your hips, legs, and knees with the different yoga positions you'll be doing. Yoga pants will help your body awareness so you hold your positions better.

Opaque, light, soft, thick, flexible and lower wear, you will enjoy every yoga movement in our professional yoga pants.

Regular yoga practice is a journey to a healthier body and a happier life. Prepare professional yoga wear and give it a try!
