1.Sports bras:

Yoga is “low impact” doesn’t mean you can wear any regular bras or old bras or underwire bras.

2.Yoga pants:

Loose shorts should be avoided, for they will tend to bunch up when moving and you will have to tug them down again and again. Avoid any types of bottom that have a bulky drawstring at the waist as well because the knot will be a pain when you lie face-down.

Yoga pants should be snug but be able to stretch. try some stretches or lunges to make sure you have a full range of motion and check the alignment of your hips, legs, and knees with the different yoga positions you'll be doing.
