All women need a perfect breast size. If you’re athletic who takes great amount of exercise every day, your breast size will be affected certainly. You can reduce your cup size by choosing the right cardio exercises and strength training workouts, but if enhancing your breast size is what you want, you may need to focus on building your pectoral, back, and shoulder muscles.
Women vary in breast size due to the amount of glandular tissue, which is determined by genetics. Ladies who have a greater amount of glandular tissue have bigger breasts than those with less tissue.
Sports are all usually formed of competitive physical activities or games which, through casual or organized participation, aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants, and in some cases, entertainment for spectators. You can increase your breast size via several bust-increasing exercises, like push-ups, dumbbell chest presses, isometric chest contractions etc.
EXERCISES TO ENHANCE BREAST SIZE
You might think of push ups as an arm exercise, but they also home in on your pectorals, the muscles in your chest. Working out the pectoral area strengthens your chest and makes your breasts FULLER and LARGER. Your arms will get trim and muscular at the same time.
2. Dumbbell chest presses
Dumbbell chest presses is another great chest workout which can create, bigger, stronger pec muscles and push out your breast tissue.
Pick out dumbbells you can comfortably lift for 3 sets of 8 – 12 reps. Using 8, 10 or 12 pound weights to start. Two or three times a week, do 3 sets of 10 dumbbell chest presses. As you get stronger, increase the number of reps per set.
3. Isometric chest contractions
This type of exercise requires contracting your muscles without extending them, and it’s particular good for boosting the size of chest muscles. For this exercise, all you need is a hand towel. Do it at least three times a week for best results.

For ladies with a heavy top, there are ways to slightly decrease your cup size. Many women wish to reduce their breast size, either for aesthetical reasons when their breasts are disproportionately large, or for health reasons when the amount of weight in the breasts is causing severe back pain. You can choose exercises which can stimulate your metabolism to lose your body fat. Cardio exercises like walking, riding a bike and using an elliptical machine will be your good choices.
